Personal use on a non-commercial basis may be granted upon obtaining written permission from us.

You should bear in mind that buying over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular, you acknowledge that:

• Promotional offers and codes will differ from time to time.
• The colours which are shown for the Goods on the Website will depend on many factors – including your display settings.
• All sizes and measurements are approximate.
• All goods are subject to availability – we may not be able to supply your order.
• Any delivery estimates given on the Website or by email are estimates only.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times. UAE is our country of domicile.
• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law)

 

Buying Goods

This section sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the Website.

Purchase

You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your “Order”) by completing the staged process on the Website.

Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your Order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgment email to the email address which you provide in the order process. This order acknowledgment email will contain your Order number, details of the goods ordered, and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your Order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

We must receive full payment both of the price of the goods and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in UAE Dirham or any other agreed currency.

Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for dispatch.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and send you an order dispatch email that includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. A product that is not available will not be included in the contract for a product that is dispatched.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

In some cases, delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

You may purchase the industrial machine either in installed form or separately. There are extra charges for on-site installation and off-site installation. The machine which sends as installed should not be taken back. So making your purchase please be sure about the model and brand which you are selecting.

Training for any domestic machine or industrial machine or software is NOT FREE. The customer has to pay if he/she needs training for the equipment.

Promotions

We may from time to time offer promotional offers on purchases made through the website.

All offers and promotions are at SEWMALL sole discretion and are subject to variation or withdrawal without notice.

We must receive full payment both of the price of the goods and any delivery charges before we can accept any offers.

Offers with a spend threshold exclude delivery charges.

All items are subject to availability at the time of order.

Only one promotional code can be used per order. Any orders using more than one promotional code will be canceled.

Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with the purchase of gift cards. Any gift card orders with promotional codes will be canceled.

Delivery

If your goods have been dispatched we will be unable to stop the delivery process but you may return any unwanted goods. Please refer to the Returns Policy. Direct Delivery Items

We, at SEWMALL, have carefully selected a range of trusted partners to offer our customers the widest product selection available online. Delivery options for each applicable product are listed on the product page, so you will be able to see the timescales before placing them in your basket. Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event, you will be contacted by our Customer service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.

Take care when entering your delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for any non-delivered parcels if the address information was not entered correctly.

User Comments, Reviews, and Postings

We may provide user comment areas, message boards, or other interactive areas on the mobile site (“User Forums”) to give select users of the site a forum to express their opinions and share their ideas, information, materials, and other user-generated content (each “User Content”). You further authorize SEWMALL to publish your User Content in a searchable format that may be accessed by users of the Site and the Internet.

No Responsibility – We are not responsible for and we do not endorse, the User Content posted in User Forums or elsewhere on the site.

Pre-screen/Monitor – We retain the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion and for any reason, to pre-screen, monitor, edit, and refuse to accept, post, remove or move any User Content. If your User Content contains offensive, indecent, or otherwise objectionable content or infringes on the rights of any third parties, you may bear legal responsibility for that User Content. You agree that SEWMALL has no obligation to monitor or enforce your intellectual property rights to your User Content, but has the right to protect and enforce its and its licensees’ licensed rights to your User Content.

No confidential relationship – Except as otherwise described in the Site’s Privacy Policy, any user will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of the User Content. No unsolicited material – SEWMALL does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas and takes no responsibility for any materials or ideas so transmitted.

Representations you make to us – You are solely responsible for all of your User Content. By submitting a User Content you represent and warrant to SEWMALL that each User Content is not confidential and that you have all the necessary permissions to submit such User Content and does not infringe upon, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third parties, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy or any other proprietary rights.

No obligation to use – You agree and understand that we are not obliged to post, keep or use your User Content.

Security – You acknowledge that submissions of User Content may not be secure and you should consider this before submitting any information to SEWMALL.

Mobile

This Site may offer features and services that are available to you via your mobile phone or other mobile devices. These features and services may include, without limitation, the ability to upload content to the Site, receive messages from the Site, download applications to your mobile phone, or access the Site features (collectively the “Mobile Features”).

We may charge for Mobile Features and these charges will be disclosed prior to completion of registration for the Mobile Feature. Sewmall’s relationship with you

All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent to your registered e-mail address. These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase, and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us.

SEWMALL reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Site and any of its features in its sole discretion, without notice and liability, including, without limitation, if SEWMALL believes your conduct fails to conform to these Terms or any Additional Terms.
