Sewmall is committed to get your ordered delivered with good quality packaging within given time frame.

We will try our best to ship your orders as early as we can. We only ship to open home/Street addresses and do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

A single order maybe split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item in stock and /or weight limits for parcels by the courier/postal company. The cardholder should be aware of the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

We ship within the UAE & Outside UAE using Different Couriers, and shipping by our own company

Shipping / Delivery Costs

Standard costs are based on weight and dimensions. The final shipping cost will be determined based on items added to your shopping cart. If you selected multiple items from different vendors you have to pay multiple delivery charges on per item base. If you shop multiple items from the same vendor then there are only one delivery charges.

Payment Option

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in UAE Dirham (or any other agreed currency) *Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded in 5 – 7 working days.

Order Tracking

After placing your order a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You may then track the status of your shipment through the courier company’s website.

You can also track your orders through our website, after log-in.
