Prior to creating the Michley LSS-505 review, I was curious as to the features and power such an economical machine would have. I found the Michley LSS-505 sewing machine to be a great beginner sewing machine. This sewing machine would come in handy for small craft projects hemming garments around the house. The Michley LSS-505 has eight built-in stitches, forward and reverse sewing for backstitching, and the ability to sew using either the foot pedal or buttons on the machine itself. I would recommend the Michley LSS-505 to anyone who either sews only for basic tasks or who has little experience in sewing and will be using the machine for basic functions. What Can I Sew? Sewing with the Michley LSS-505 sewing machine will be limited to basic fabrics and mending. This sewing machine will be great for an introduction to quilts, sewing linens, clothing, or even hemming. I would refrain from heavy use of thick fabrics such as denim or duck cloth, however hemming jeans would not be a problem for the Michley LSS-505. What
