Assembly:
Adjust the 3 tripod legs to desired easel height. Each easel leg telescopes and is locked into position with 2 rocker clamps.
On 2 of the legs are locking sliders. Unlock and slide the sliders up or down the legs to the desired height. The height of the sliders will determine the height of your project tray.
Loosen the project back support bar at the top of the tripod assembly and raise the bottom edge of the bar above the height of the sliders.
The 2 sliders have front facing washers where the project tray hangs. The project tray has oblong holes that fit securely over the 2 front facing washers.
The spread of the tripod legs is adjustable and you can increase or decrease the spread by choosing 2 holes on the tray that are either far apart or close together. The tray locks the spread of the legs so that the legs will not spread when a vertical load is applied to the tray.
Adjust the height of the project back support bar to the height of your project. If the bottom edge of the bar goes below the height of your project tray, insert the bar into the rectangular metal loop on the back of the project tray and slide it through. Lock the bar with the locking lever near the top of the tripod assembly.
Place your project on the project tray behind the lip of the tray. Secure your project in place with the spring loaded lock located at the top of the project back support.
